Every Seven Years

We have all heard that the cells in our bodies completely change every seven years... which literally gives us a new body, over and over. But what about our minds?

I was thinking this morning, after watching that little video, that I am not the same person I was seven years ago. In fact, I would hardly know myself if I went back in time and said, "Hello" to the old me.

There can be no better progress than that. If we are going to create a new world we can't do it with our old minds.
